An evening in the Park and a Candy Store with Brenden.

This week I met a delightful young man called Brenden and we got to venture around Bend's most beautiful park  - Drake Park. The park is situated on the gorgeous flowing river called the Deschutes. 

Things have greened up nicely and I can already smell summer around the corner.

We ended our photo shoot in Bend's very special ice cream/candy store called Goodys.

Brenden was a star and certainly showed me what a sweet soul he is. It was so neat to see such proud parents,who obviously think the world of their son. If only all kids where loved this much in this world.

I shall be entering my favorite shot of Brenden into the Baby and Child Portrait Contest.

Boudoir...

While enjoying the recent weekend at the beautiful King Estate Winery in Oregon, I got the chance to do a late night Boudoir shoot with my Irish friend Maeve.

As you can see she was very comfortable behind the camera which made it a delight to capture her true essence and beauty.

The latest new exercise class comes to Bend...

Just home from my first ever barre 3 class. I would have to say it was one of the most powerful strengthening exercises class I have ever been to. An hour of very effective strengthening routines combining yoga, palates and ballet. Having done many years of ballet as a child it was so nice to feel the bar again and point my toes, along with the deep breathing of yoga and the lengthening of palates. There was never a time to be distracted and the hip music kept everyone moving and pumped to be in the room. It is amazing what a small ball, a strap and some ever so tiny movements can do to ones muscles. 
Just built, the barre 3 studio is extremely modern, colorful and the perfect place to be in when one needs to be caring for their body.
